GBP partner Gordon Burns was chosen by the Manchester International Festival to interview the country’s finest Shakespearean actor and director of our time, Sir Kenneth Branagh, before a specially invited audience. Sir Kenneth is playing the lead role and directing Macbeth as the headline event at this year’s Festival. The production has won rave reviews and is set in the fabulous setting of a  deconsecrated church in Ancoats. Gordon interviewed Sir Kenneth and his co stars Alex Kingston (ER and Dr Who) who played Lady Macbeth and Ray Fearon (Coronation St and RSC actor) who was Macduff. The one hour session in the Festival tent received high praise from the Festival committee and members of the audience.
